When one leaves in the night, the other remains near the fire that threatens to die out. This is the story of a man abandoned by his lover, who replenishes the fire. The director, who performs his own role, invents ways to survive his misery. To save his neck, to be reborn, who knows, he turns on the camera. He offers us not only a mirror of our own distress, but also the luxury of a possible rebirth. Between immersion in nature and road movie, the film plunges us into a suspended time, between poetry and humor.
